All bookings must be confirmed with us for date availability before paying online.
All dogs must be up to date with their Vaccinations, Worming and Flea and Tick Treatments.
All dogs must be registered and if possible, micro-chipped with council.
All clients are to have a meet and greet before booking to make sure this is the right fit for your dog. We do not accept any aggressive or destructive dogs, all dogs must be friendly with other dogs and children to stay here at K9 Lodge.
Any medical conditions must be discussed with us at meet and greet to make sure all needs are cared for.
We prefer dogs who are fully house trained. Puppies still in training are okay. Though if your dog is more an outside dog and is not used to being inside, please we suggest our House Visit option.
Payments for stays are to be paid in full prior to the booking.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to bookings incur a cancellation fee due to spots being limited and bookings could be given to another client. (partial refunds are up to K9 Lodge Management depending on each situation.) If your holiday is cut short, we do not refund for early pick ups.
To cut down on costs, as most of our transactions are done via phone and email, we will no longer have the website in 2022.
